With recent developments regarding COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic and in addition to the expected seasonal influenza risks, we have a request of all our patients who have upcoming appointments. This request is in the interest of protecting all patients and staff.
If you have ANY of the following symptoms:
- Fever
- Cough
- Lower respiratory symptoms
- Shortness of breath
AND one of the following
- Recent travel to China
- Recent travel to Iran
- Recent travel to Italy
- Recent travel to Japan
- Recent travel to South Korea
- Recent close exposure to anyone with a recent diagnosis of COVID-19 Coronavirus
